One of the major functions of the ABC Board Audit Division is to conduct, in a joint effort with the Warehouse personnel, monthly physical inventories of the ABC Warehouse. This series is composed of Warehouse Inventory Exception Reports prepared by the Data Processing Division to show all differences between the physical count and the book inventory. Information on the report includes product code, inventory tag number, inventory section, physical count results, book inventory, and difference (increase or decrease). Also included are Physical Inventory Correction Sheets used by the audit team during the recount process to document any error in the original count, or summary of the Warehouse Inventory, and other supporting materials.
